Chaz Mostert will join the factory BMW effort for the FIA GT World Cup on the streets of Macau in November.
The Supercars gun will pilot one of two AAI Motorsport entered BMW M6 GT3’s, joining DTM champion Marco Wittmann who will race the second M6.
No stranger to BMW, Wittmann has previously raced for AAI in 2014 at the Guia circuit where he qualified third, as well as teaming up with Mark Winterbottom and Steven Richards in this years Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour.
Mostert himself, has also banked some experience behind the wheel of a BMW, qualifying on the front row at this years Bathurst 12 Hour, before dominating the opening hour driving for MARC GT in their Waste Management M6.
The BMW flag will be flown by a third car, which is set to be themed as an art car designed by Cao Fei.
The Macau Grand Prix, FIA GT World Cup will take place the weekend before the Supercars finale on the streets of Newcastle, from November 16-19.
